Writers live to writer and to rewrite - usually into infinity if we can get away with it - and April is a terrific month for indulging yourself in agonizing reappraisal. We have three, count 'em, three retrogrades. April 17th Mars, our outgoing, warrior planet whose can-do philosophy often makes the difference between a hit, or a miss for us, suddenly turns shy with moments of self-doubt as it turns retrograde in Sagittarius. Mars in The Archer's house is adventurous, but a little scattered. Mars' openness can easily translate to bluntness and a willingness to give too much information. If you suddenly find yourself waffling more than usual that's perfectly normal. Remember we all feel the effects of retrogrades to one degree or another, but the effects are more significant if you have the retrograde planet, or the hosting sign prominently in your birth chart.
Martian energy is more circumspect during retrograde. While retrograde periods are not traditionally a good time to start new projects, don't let yourself become frozen with indecision because you fear making a choice. Simply engage your brain and rely more on the analytical side of your personality. Mars stays retro until June 29th, finishing the last part of its retrograde hiatus in Scorpio. Beware of poking under too many rocks when Mars moves back to Scorpio. An indecisive and frustrated retro Mars in Scorpio has misplaced their self-determination compass. We'll be a little more moody broody and our sting response will be set on automatic stun. Again, hit the pause button and analyze individual situations before responding to stimulus. You'll save yourself wear and tear, as well as preserve a lot of friendships.
On April 18th Pluto, that solar system vagabond of change, goes retro in Capricorn. Do I
here a sigh of relief? What's the matter, has all that crazy, Tilt-a-Whirl of change gotten out of hand for you? If you think so, you're not alone. Pluto hesitates during retrograde. Its reevaluation process asks us if every piece of chaotic change was absolutely necessary and if it yielded the desired goal. From April 18th through September 26th Pluto will be moving at a snail's pace to make us reexamine our choices. Where did they come from? Were they a result of baggage we are still determined to lug around with us forever? If Pluto retrograde has its way you'll be letting go of the things that hold you back before you start moving forward again in the Fall. Yes, it is a lengthy process working with Pluto Retrograde, but worth every moment of self-analysis.
Mercury in Taurus joins the retro party on April 28th, though with the other planets already well underway in their backwards journey, MR's influences may feel a bit indistinguishable from the rest of the retro energy. Stay patient when plans go awry, when calls get dropped and half of the free world misunderstands your latest tweet. Chuck it up to Mercury and remember your 'R' words: Revise, re-do, recommit, redesign, research, rewrite. The last two are my personal favorites.
Enjoy the gift of April's slow-down. Smell roses, drink tea, but most of all, take stock of your life, its direction and consider what you wish to change to become the best person you can be.

Inner Planet Transits Mark May, 2015 – “One, Two, Three, Glide”
The Tower is Mars' tarot association, seen here in the amazing must-have deck, "OSHO Zen Tarot"© by Deva Padma |
Venus transits Cancer until June 4th and when she dances in these particular waters Venus becomes a hopeful romantic. Unfortunately her insecurities also rise to the surface and she requires a more demonstrative affection from a partner. People who have Venus in Cancer prominently in their birth chart, or who were born under the sign of Cancer may desire to become homebodies this month, creating security by staying close to their favorite things and people. Closeness is fine, just avoid turning into a clinging vine. Your partner might not feel the same urge to hunker down as you do and that really is okay.
While Venus says, “Let’s stay together – a lot,” Mars in
Gemini wants to be in the thick of the action. The Martian mind in Gemini thinks quickly and grasps new concepts using rapid-fire intellect. Have you been feeling particularly witty lately, your conversation sprinkled with quotable quips and snappy comebacks? Thats Mars in Gemini hard at work with Mercury, the planet of communications.
The Empress represents Venus and Kris Waldherr delivers amazing archetypes in her stunning deck, "The Goddess Tarot"© |
Mercury and Mars form a powerful partnership to harness both intellect and action in Gemini this month. Sure we have Mercury Retrograde (see blogs: "Mercury retrograde, Tarot and You"; "Ramping Up For Retrograde" ) May 18th through June 11th, but stick to your retrograde rules and you’ll be fine. Mars will also help with that fuzzy-brained effect that often accompanies MR. Think and most importantly re-think before speaking and acting and you’ll do great. Remember that MR is a chance for us to regroup, to rethink and rework projects. Writer’s love MR because we don’t have to produce large amounts of original work, just simply rewrite a current project. (Sure, try telling that one to your editor. Deadline? What’s that?) Don’t be surprised, however, by a dynamic burst of creativity.

Venus in Aires February 20, 2015 – "Come Feel the Warrior in Love"
The sign of Aires carries the energy of firsts – first in line, first to discover, first to start again. It is the first sign of the Zodiac and from its position in our birth charts we derive our concept of self, as well as our personality. Aires' symbol is a ram and there's no question as to why that is. Powerhouse Aires likes to lead the way and has no room for half measures. Aires embraces its character traits and blazes a trail by effectively using whatever planetary energy comes to hand. On February 20th fair Venus entered dominant, male Aires and the wild rumpus began.
Venus in Aires does not tolerate half-hearted efforts. She falls and falls
hard when her romantic interest is sparked. Sparked? More like spontaneously combusts. When Venus transits Aires there's much more leaping than looking and in the cold light of reason the results of that high dive can leave a lot to be desired. A sleek body, a winning smile and a great wardrobe cover a multitude of sins as far as Venus in Aires in concerned, so if you have this transit prominently in your birth chart, or were born under the Sign of the Ram ( a particularly tawdry, late 40's black and white, B movie, by the way) you can find yourself transfixed by passion and romance with very little substance. Venus in Aires does not always love wisely, but certainly loves well.
One note of caution: Since Aires likes to be first place in virtually everything it touches there can be some egocentric behaviors attached to this transit. Remember that healthy love doesn't impose or dominate. It supports, joins, emboldens and enhances.
The tarot cards to watch in your readings during the Venus in Aires transit are the suit of Cups (naturally), in particular, the Queen as she is intensely focused in her passions, as well as the 2 of Cups (relationships). Also watch the Major Arcana cards, #6, The Lovers, #3, The Empress (Venus' card), #4, The Emperor (Aires' card), #16, The Tower (tarot association for Mars, the ruler of Aires) and last but still important, #18, The Moon (for those romantic illusions). Happy shuffling!

Mercury in Retrograde, October 4, 2014 - October 24, 2014 – “A Solo Act, But No Headliner”
The Shaman, or Magician is Mercury's card. This depiction from "The Wildwood Tarot"© by Mark Ryan, John Matthews and Will Worthington |
Mercury in Scorpio had mind like a scalpel. It makes clean incisions to expose hidden thoughts and agendas. A Mercury/Scorpio mind loves to investigate the inner workings of a process, human, or bureaucratic. It’s a mindset with a notoriously short fuse, but is balanced by brilliant insights that are capable of transforming any situation according to intention. The people most strongly influenced by this transit are people born under the signs of Scorpio, Gemini, or Virgo (the last two planets are ruled by Mercury), and those who have Mercury in Scorpio predominantly in their birth chart. (See Blog: “Mercury Retrograde, Tarot and You," for tips on dealing with the great mangler of communications and timetables)
I told you all that to tell you this: Mercury Retrograde begins on October 4th in the sign of Scorpio. Luckily, this Mercury Retrograde doesn’t remain in testy Scorpio, but slip-slides back to Libra on October 10th. We get to breath a sigh of semi-relief then because Libra is a much less volatile position for Mercury and we already have more than enough combustable energy to go around this month. Mercury in Libra is a balanced mind that analyzes all sides of an issue as it continually looks for the perfect solution. Nothing is ever perfectly balanced, but that doesn’t keep Mercury in Libra from trying. If we follow Mercury Retrograde’s sacred rules, (re-visit, re-analyze, re-work) rules that are second nature to Mercury in Libra, we will have a relatively unobstructed path this month. Of course, we still have to traverse the rest of October’s volcanic terrain, don’t we?
October 8th we also have the Moon conjunct Uranus in fifteen
degrees of Aires. This is part of the ongoing September/October Grand Fire Trine between Uranus in Aires, Jupiter in Leo and Mars in Sagittarius. This is a massive amount of fire, or wand energy to handle. It’s also a highly creative and industrious energy as well, and should nicely counter-balance much of MR’s impact. However, remember to channel that fiery trine power, or risk being caught by an energetic ‘sneaker wave.’
Fiery Aires rules Uranus and stirs up the energy between the Moon and Uranus on the 8th. Depiction from "The Wildwood Tarot"© |
October is month for the intrepid, astrologically speaking. What we seek, we are bound to find, good or bad, but never indifferent. This weekend I’ll be looking at FullMoon in Aires, coupled with trine forces and garnished with – wouldn’t you just know it – a full lunar eclipse. Plot your course, dust off your surf boards and prepare to shoot the energetic curl for this one, folks!

New Moon in Libra Delivers Balance and Drive
#11, Justice, or Breakthrough from "OSHO Zen Tarot"© by Deva Padma gives us the sense of how to work with New Moon in Libra |
This month's New Moon in 1 degree and 8 minutes of Libra continues the theme of establishing balance throughout our lives and in the world around us. New Moons set the emotional tone for the month and Libra provides an excellent tuning fork. Moon in Libra is a charming, romantic moon, with a strong intellectual component. Romance is a big factor, but our intellect decides where our boundaries are and any attractions we feel must engage our minds, as much, or even more so than our hearts. Libra's energy creates a highly social dynamic, where our interactions are about honest communication and the drive to build harmony by deepening our understanding of others. That's a fairly intense combination.
Venus, the ruler of Libra gives this New Moon a glamorous
and sophisticated flavor. This is a time to appreciate the arts and enjoy some of the finer things in life, to indulge in free thinking while staying grounded. New Moon in Libra is not an overly emotional moon. It is a moon of balance though, connecting equal parts for a sum much greater than the sum of the whole. We have an equal connection to the elements of earth, sky, fire and water – more so now with the cosmic push for balance. Air signs will likely see a greater increase in their mental keenness than other signs, while earth signs experience a stronger creative flair coupled with feelings of intense resolve. Water signs draw on the moon's intuition while firmly grounding their imaginations through their intellect. Fire signs, cry out for action – not for its own sake, but action with an eye towards completion.
OSHO's #14 Integration also stands for Temperance, Sagittarius' card |
OSHO Zen Tarot's© #16, "Thunder Bolt" shows us the positive power unleashed in an adaptation of "The Tower" |
There are other factors to take into account during this New Moon. Venus, ruler of Libra is residing in Virgo where she boosts the romantic flavor of this month's New Moon. There's also Mars in Sagittarius who carries a bold energy that's always on the lookout for an adventure. Left to its own devices Mars in Sagittarius remains a little unfocused. However, all the balancing and focusing power from Libra gives Mars a boost in the adventure department. One that will likely increase on September 25th when Jupiter trines Uranus (more on that later).
Consider the astrological significance of the following cards should they appear frequently in your readings:
Justice - Libra
The Magician - Mercury (also in Libra now)
The Empress - Venus
The Hermit - Virgo
The Tower - Mars (let's watch this planet during the next few days)
Temperance - Sagittarius
Wheel of Fortune - Jupiter
Uranus - The Fool
Enjoy the benefits of a strong Moon in Libra. It's here to facilitate our artistry as well as our intellect, our imaginations, as well as of practical natures. This is a time to balance and restore order so we can prepare for the power surges of October.

July 20th, Saturn Turns Direct While Uranus Gets a Retrofitting
Saturn, the hall monitor of the Zodiac, turned stationary direct of July 20th. No doubt some of us are singing the “Hallelujah Chorus” on this one. Saturn’s retrograde had us not only re-structuring the systems in our lives, but stepping into our own power ( 2 of Wands), both of which can be a tad rough when we’re doing it as part of a group process. Saturn is the planet of rules, regulations, work ethic and limitations. Its retrograde affects all of us to some degree. Since March the majority of Earth’s population has been asking where we fit in the big picture – and not always in the nicest of ways.
Saturn offers us inspirational challenges. It wants us tough
enough to weather life’s storms and practical enough to resist complacency during the sunny periods. Keep in mind that whole rules, regulations and limitations thing. Saturn currently resides in Scorpio which means that our challenges are geared towards transforming, not only our perspectives, but our lives as well. Saturn in Scorpio is ambitious. This is an optimum time to implement new career building strategies. Saturn wants you to fall in line with self-discipline and lasting achievement. Scorpio offers you insights into the motivations of others. Use this information to benefit yourself and advance your position, but not to the detriment of others. Karma’s bite can sting as much as a scorpion.

#21, The World from "The Wizard's Tarot"© by Corrine Kenner and John J. Blumen is tarot's association for Saturn |
While Saturn comes back on line, our rebel child, Uranus, goes into retrograde. The planet of freedom and rebellion asks us to take note of happenings in the world around us both near and far. Where do we fit in the mix? Do we effect positive change, or are we content to merely rattle sabers and throw sand into well-oil gears? Uranus is transiting Aires. That’s a cardinal fire sign in first position on the wheel of the Zodiac. Aires cherishes that number one spot and true to form, wants you to guard your position in life (7 of Wands) as well. This sign is known for battering its way through obstacles – hence the name, Aires the Ram. While that characteristic comes in handy, there’s no small amount of egocentricity involved with Uranus in Aires. Bear in mind that our egos only become twitchier during Uranus retrograde. Keep your debit card in your pocket and don’t hand it over to your ego during this transit – retrograde or not – because your butt has to cover the charges.
Uranus and Aquarius rule the eleventh house and it’s here
we keep our group identity, our goals and our associations, or friendships. Uranus in retrograde asks us not only where we fit in, but why we align ourselves with certain groups. (7 of Cups – why we make the choices we do) What is our reward for choosing a particular group? Now comes the toughest question. How does our risk and reward benefit the world at large? Uranus retrograde isn’t for wimps. It likes us to consider defining moments.

The Fool is tarot's card for Uranus From "The Wizard's Tarot"© by Corrine Kenner and John J. Blumen |
There are infinite life lessons in planetary shifts and to one degree or another, we are all affected. Sometimes we’re up to the quest and other times we’d much prefer to watch a marathon of “Lost” episodes. What we must keep in mind is that as part of the family of man we are each responsible for what happens within our reach and in this digital age our reach is global. Nothing happens to one of us that does not affect the whole. This is a lesson in responsibility that when learned, makes Saturn proud.

Typecasting – Sorting Our Astrological Planets to Type
In the field of astrology all planetary bodies are sorted by type. There are the inner
planets: Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus and Mars. Although the Sun is a star and the Moon, our satellite, they are considered planetary bodies in astrology. There are also outer planets: Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto.
Inner planets all have one feature in common. It takes them less than two years to complete their respective orbits. Yes, we orbit the Sun, but remember that astrology is what’s happening in the Heavens from Earth’s perspective. Inner planets are also called ‘personal planets.’ Their influence over us is much different from the outer bank of planets simply because inner planets bebop through our signs much more frequently.
Their are two types of outer planets as well: Transitional planets and generational planets. Jupiter and Saturn are transitional bodies, while Uranus, Neptune and Pluto are generational. Jupiter, the planet of optimism, success, and generosity; i.e. the Santa Claus Planet, completes its orbit roughly every twelve years. This confident giant transits signs at the rate of one per year and astrologers look here for our opportunities to develop and become successful. Saturn, on the other hand, takes approximately twenty-nine and a half years to circle the Zodiac. Saturn is where our lifetime achievement award is housed. While Jupiter offers a closeup of our opportunities, Saturn shows us what we’ve accomplished and the lessons we’ve learned along the way. Saturn is about rules, responsibilities, self-discipline and lasting achievement. It’s also about the journey towards our goals and how we overcome obstacles to gain self-respect and security.
The notorious Saturn Return occurs about every thirty years
for each of us as Saturn returns to our birth sign. During Saturn Return we are offered special challenges that are meant to move our lives forward and help us attain the things we yearn for whether we’ve admitted their existence or not. Saturn Returns are pivot points in our lives. We can make extraordinary advancements and set off in entirely new directions during its influence.
Generational planets are the slowest moving planets of all
Astrology is a vast and complex system for analyzing the positions of heavenly bodies and the patterns of their influence on our lives. Just when you think you’ve gotten a handle on what it really means, you turn the page in a book and discover a whole other level that has to be considered – but then again, that’s life, isn’t it?

Sun in Scorpio, October 23rd to November 22nd - “The House That Passion Built”
Everyone who likes astrology has favorite and least favorite
signs. Scorpio is top of my list of favorites. Good thing too. It’s my birth sign. Being our own fan may very well be a Scorpion trait. We do nothing in half measures. We’ve been called a complex, broody sign that turns lethal in an instant. Frankly, it takes longer than an instant. We are fiercely loyal, highly motivated, but we can hold a grudge like none other.

#16, The Tower - ruling card for Mars, one of Scorpio's ruling planets by Ciro Marchetti - "Legacy of the Divine Tarot"© |
Scorpio rules the eighth house of the Zodiac which stores the energy of birth, death, transformation and sex. Busy place. It’s also the home of shared resources. Rather a volatile home for the resources of a planet, mind you. Scorpio is a water sign in the fixed modality. That means that our emotions run deep, as does our intuition and our spirituality. As a fixed sign, our traits are constant and reliable. We carry yin, or feminine energy as seen by our intuitive and transformative skills.
![]() |
'Seasons don't fear the reaper' - neither does Scorpio #13 Death (Transformation) is their ruling card. By Ciro Marchetti from "Legacy of the Divine Tarot"© |
The world is black and white to a Scorpion. There is no gray area – fifty shades, or otherwise. We learned our moral lessons as children and took their simple truths to heart. What often seems like a simple matter of bending a rule, or manipulating a situation to some, poses a huge, moral dilemma for Scorpio. We talk a glib game, but
right is right and we prefer a more mystical, or intuitive approach to persuade others. Think of it as wearing feathery, bedroom mules as opposed to combat boots.
We are intense, highly motivated creatures – determined folk,
who are not quitters. Our love of secrets and the mysterious comes from the primal forces ruled by the eighth house. Scorpio is blessed with two, count ‘em, two, ruling planets: Mars, the warrior planet, who carries physical energy and courage, and Pluto, who carries the ability to deconstruct, regenerate and transform. (That’s right. One of my ruling planets has the same powers as Dr. Who.) We are resourceful and independent, loyal and passionate. Still, with all these marvelous attributes, why are we so often considered the bad kids of the Zodiac? Perhaps it’s because we can also be jealous, obsessive, unyielding and vindictive. Okay, so who doesn’t have their faults?
![]() |
Pluto's ruling card, #20, Judgement by Barbara Moore and Aly Fell from "Steampunk Tarot" © |
An injured Scorpion is a curious thing. We will come back from adversity transformed and stronger than ever (Mars, the warrior and Pluto the regenerator). We are not motivated to seek reprisals by vanity, or by consequence, as other signs can be. We seek reprisals for moral reasons – even if those morals are personal to us and slightly askew at that. Scorpio never forgets a kindness, nor do we forget an injustice. Should you inadvertently hurt our feelings, of course we will overlook it a first, or even a second time, but God help you on the third.
If you are a child of the Scorpion remember that you carry serious chops and you can’t take them lightly. We have the uncanny ability to adapt at will, to bloom in the desert as well as in the rain forest. We can choose to focus our energies on positive life changes and when we do the sky is the limit.

#10, The Wheel of Fortune, Jupiter's ruling card from Barbara Moore and Aly Fell's "Steampunk Tarot"© |
The 6th is your chance to set the tone for your interactions during the rest of this month. Mercury moves into Leo on the 8th while we’re all still feeling the effects of the New Moon. Mercury in Leo gives us a chance to open up ours lines for strong and clear communications. Resist any temptation to roar your requests or opinions. Confidence doesn’t naturally include a boastful swagger. Confidence comes from understanding and accepting what makes you tick. True confidence requires that you be genuinely grateful for your talents and a little humbled by your accomplishments, because you recognize that there are an amazing group of people in your life who help you make everything possible. Lead with sincerity and follow up with compassion and this month’s New Moon will set the tone for a successful August.

Full Strawberry Moon At Perigee, June 23, 2013 - Super Trooper
![]() |
The Moon from Corrine Kenner's "Wizard's Tarot," illustrated by John J. Blumen |
If you’ve been checking out the web for information on this month’s Full Strawberry Moon, you’ve may have heard the term, “Super Moon” bandied about. Although Super Moon may sound more like the title of a cheesy disaster movie, it actually refers to the Moon at perigee, or more commonly, the closest point to Earth during the lunar orbit. The Moon reaches perigee four to six times per year. On June 23rd at 7:32 a.m., EDT, our Full Strawberry Moon will be at perigee in 2° of Capricorn. What makes this Full Moon so super is that this will be the closest the Moon will be to Earth until August, 2014.
The Strawberry Moon occurs two days after Summer Solstice while the Sun still appears to be at a standstill over the Tropic of Cancer. (See blog: “Get Ready, Get Set, Get Solstice”) Our Sun is in the sign of Cancer on the 22nd, opposite a Full Moon in Capricorn. A Capricorn Moon runs a little cooler than some moons, its energy a little more withdrawn and self-contained. This is not bad with the over-abundance of crab energy out there. The house of Cancer the Crab is ruled by the Moon and the downside to the crab’s energy is that it can become very touchy, even volatile.
Full Moons bring fruition both romantically and materially. June’s Full Moon will be like riding love’s roller-coaster. Venus is parallel with Mars on June 21st and 22nd, giving us quite a build up for the 23rd. The romantic highs and lows could be fast and furious under the Strawberry Moon. Even if we’re reasonably certain where our relationships are headed we could find ourselves unexpectedly tossed in the opposite direction. Luckily, Moon in Capricorn draws power for handling challenges through Saturn, Capricorn’s ruling planet. The Goat naturally strives for success in a variety of areas under the Moon’s influence and this should temper Cancer’s effects on our emotions. Despite a swiftly changing emotional landscape however, the next couple of weeks can be extremely passionate and romantic. Just stay grounded and remember June’s recurring theme of creating more authentic communication in your life.
Speaking of communications, Mercury remains in Cancer until August 8th and the Full Moon intensifies our mission to explore deeper levels of knowledge. This is also the last push to solidify our communications skills before Mercury Retrograde begins at the end of the month, so pay attention. Saturn in Scorpio helps us remain pragmatic and if we allow it, we’ll be guided to release issues and habits that no longer serve us.
This is an important Full Moon and its effects will be with us for a while. It will be an excellent time for healing, abundance and prosperity work, as well as setting magical intention. However, it’s very important that both you and your space are grounded and cleared before you attempt working with this powerful Moon’s energy. A little effort goes a long way. Ground yourself and enjoy the mystical connection between Earth and sky that is June’s Full Moon in Capricorn.

Astrological Trends for May, 2013 - “Eclipses, Meteors and Squares, Oh My!”
May is jam packed with cosmic activity this month: Two eclipses, a meteor shower and a full on square between Uranus and Pluto. Right out of the gate we’ll notice that Taurus is holding a planetary rager with ‘A’ list guests. The Sun, Mercury, Venus and Mars are all hanging out with the bull for the first half of the month and on May 4th and 5th, we receive a visit from the Eta Aquarids Meteor Shower.
Your ideas and sense of purpose germinated under the Aries Sun and Taurus’ ability to focus and maintain a steady pace make things take root this month. The last quarter moon on May 2nd is in Aquarius. Stay the course. No drifting off on tangents. Finish up the projects you began in April using fiery Aries (tarot’s Wands) energy. You can follow Aquarius’ different drum another day. Watch out for possessiveness when it comes to marking your territory during the first half of May. Remember, you have two ears and one mouth. Use them equally. Mercury’s wonderful grounding energy will assist you in more open communications if you’ll let it. Also, Mercury helps you to see further down the road and to plan for the long term reward. The Taurus/Mercury mix is not about what’s new and innovative, but more about common sense, as well as the tried and true.
Venus urges you to express your affection with more than just words this month. Be romantic. Use thoughtful gestures that show the people in your life how much you appreciate them. One note of caution: There’s still that air of possessiveness that must be acknowledged and restrained. Don’t get creepy. Stay balanced in your relationships and watch out for the green-eyed monster. (No, not Mothra) Venus is the first to leave Taurus’ party on May 9th, just as the New Moon arrives. Finding our natural rhythms may be easier said than done with Saturn in Scorpio seated in opposition to our New Moon in Taurus. Make no sudden moves or big decisions. Hold your course steady just a few more days.
The New Moon on the 9th leads us into our first eclipse of the month. Eclipses ramp up the power level and this one is no exception. We’ll experience an Annular Solar Eclipse (Moon’s apparent diameter is smaller than the Sun and makes the Sun look like a ring) on May 10th. This eclipse will be visible only to the Southern Hemisphere, but the power surge is planetary. Use it. The Uranus/Pluto power build up continues until the square becomes exact on May 20th. More on that later.
Mars stays with Taurus for the entire month, but instead of the aggressive, no holds barred energy we’ve come to expect from Mars, we’ll feel a more focused, contemplative energy - a direct result of associating with patient, methodical (tarot’s Pentacles) Taurus. Where the first half of the month has been all about staying focused on our commitments, the second half of the month is more fun loving. On May 25th we’ll have a Penumbral Lunar Eclipse leading us straight into the Full Moon on the 28th. I’ll be cover more on May’s events in up coming blogs. For right now simply enjoy your ability to focus and work on your long-term goals.
